Christ said that He had come to seek and save that which was lost. We strive to maintain that same motivation in our daily lives in order to reach those that are lost, and/or seek the truth. We believe that the word of God still has the power to save Rom. 1:16.
The Great Commission: Mat. 28:18-20 And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
This same commission that Jesus issued to His dicsiples exists for us today. We see this message taking effect in the first chapter of Acts, and then being carried to the world by the followers in Acts chapter 8.
As mentioned on our homepage, we are in the buisness of sharing a life giving message. We desire to be the loving congregation that seeks the best for its members, and anyone that attends our worship services. Like Paul in the book of Acts, we are willing to reason with the Scriptures, and make a defense as Peter said in 1Pet. for the hope that is in us.
